Nice that the got him on the program, fine questions from Davis.
Way too much EPL talk for the rest of the program. Granted MLS is not in season, but really, there was nothing in the way domestically?
Jag kom, jag såg, erövrade jag.
I wont lie thats probably the worst interview I've heard Merrit give.
Not because of the content, but because he was studdering just about the whole time. He seemed really nervous. Usually I love listening to him interview because he has some very intelligent things to convey, but this one was rough to sit through.
I think the questions were a little tough
Not hard hitting but took him off-guard.

I agree that could be one of the issues
but ive never heard him so caught off guard. And even if thats the case it still doesn’t change it was probably the worst interview i’ve heard from him. Once again his info wasn’t bad, it was just how he delivered it
i think the context of the league and other owners
made the topic a little more politic than what most of his interviews end up being as they tend to be focused more on the team and the management thereof. I actually ind it oddly reassuring that he is not that comfortable with those questions while is is super comfortable with building and managing the team questions.

He wasn't that bad
You guys made it seem like something out of the “King’s Speech”. I think he’s just a very smart guy who sometimes let’s his brain get ahead of his mouth, unlike most people who let their mouth get way ahead of their brains.
That said, couldn’t agree more with his answer to the unbalanced schedule question. I’m not crazy about it, but it’s good for our club.
I love Portland because everyone here takes things so seriously, sort of.

I have to agree with his sentiments on the single table idea as well
I’m pretty sure most Timbers fans have never considered things the way MP put it
Blazers win!
Not his best work
mumbles, stumbles, bumbles.
