North American Soccer Almanac
In case anybody was curious, MLS has put together an "almanac" on American and Canadian soccer along with some nice infographics and lists.
The reason why I put almanac in quotations was because it's not very good yet. Also the name doesn't include any other league or information stats from other nations in North America...
Make of it what you will.

US/Canada/Mexico aren't the only ones to make up North America...
I know some out there like to put the Caribbean and Central America into their own category, but they’re wrong. North America is from Panama all the way up to Canada including such small island nations as Barbados, Grenada, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Are you sure you're not thinking of concacaf?
Most geographers seperate central america and the caribbean from north america. The only thing that comes to mind is that some geographers include parts of southern mexico in central america.

Absolutely.
There are seven continents in the world:
Australia
Africa
North America
South America
Antarctica
Europe
Asia
I’m a geography major and any geographer who breaks it down further than that is either doing so for scientific purposes or is just doing so to be a pompous ass. Seriously those guys suck. On some occasions, especially in Europe, geographers will label North and South America as a single continent (the Americas) but that’s it. The majority of geographers and the population at large recognize 7 continents.
To further prove my point here is the wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continents
Sorry I’m pretty serious about my geography.

Awesome!
I’m also a geography major. I stand corrected, I could have sworn that Central America was completely seperate from North America. Do you know if the seven continents are required to encompass all landmasses? For instance, is Oceania part of the Australian continent? I know Australasia is a region rather than a continent.
p.s. I’m sorry that I’m going so far off topic. I’m also a geography nerd.
