A New Way to Follow Stumptown Footy [iPhone]

If you haven't noticed (how could you not?), SB Nation has a brand new iPhone app available for people who like to follow, well, SB Nation. The good news, however, goes beyond just following SB Nation, it allows you to also follow individual blogs like yours truly. This should serve as a marked increase in performance and usability as compared to the mobile web site that's been around for a while now.

The app was released yesterday and is already ranked very highly under the sports apps. I think they got as high as #2 on the lists. Very impressive! It's also been received very well by the first people to download it. So there's that as well, I guess... Oh and it's free!

Honestly, I wish I had more to say about it. I don't currently own any iWhatevers to test it out myself as I'm an Android kind of guy. Still, I'm very excited to see how you guys like the app and whether you think it helps keep up with what we're doing here or not.

So check it out and sound off in the comments about how it works out! If somebody wants to create a mini-review and put it in the sidebar, I'd be happy to frontpage it!

And, for the record, an Android version is in the works. It's just not available yet.

Yeah my manager was haviong none of that!

Honestly, though, this is pretty cool. I just really wish they’d have released an Android version as well so I could actually check it out for myself!
