It will open, but will the grass be ready?
The article makes it out that they’ll be a little behind in placing sod.

Is when the sod will be ready. The inside is ready now or will be and the Artificial is close I think.

What I gathered is that they are delaying planting the sod because of the weather
I understand that, having done landscape work in the past. Wait til the soil isn’t going to be soupy and make sure that you can properly level and grade it before planting, which with the weather this past week + is most definitely not now. Needs to dry out more.
