"The league is still waiting for the names of the 52 players to be finalized by their respective federations. The plan is for the all the names to be turned into the league this coming week and information sent to the players by the end of the week. The players will have approximately a week to then list out their preferences for which teams they want to play for and also which teams they do not want to join. The teams will also fill out their preferences on players during that time. The league will take the players and team preferences in to account and then allocate the players to the teams. The target date to announce the players is "right before New Years" ."
