Question: You guys turned a profit in your first full season in MLS

MP: Yes. I mean it will be a long time before we are profitable when you look at the money we sunk into this thing. Not just with the team acquisition costs but it was 60 million dollar renovation and we got basically 22 from the city of Portland. So there is a lot of money in there and when I say we are profitable that is on a cash flow basis and we are barely cash flow positive. Sports is not a business that your are trying to maximize ROI but anytime you are in the black on a cash flow basis that is a good thing.
