Graham's at it again. This time, he attempts to quantify what a "chance" actually is - instead of relying on an announcer screaming "THAT WAS A GREAT CHANCE" or relying on the very nebulous, results-based 'was it on frame' (and oh lordy do I hate the phrase "on frame"), he attempts to take a more scientific look at what a "chance" is, and it's pretty interesting stuff.
