Scotsman.com reports that the Timbers are targeting former Celtic and Rangers striker Kenny Miller to pair with Kris Boyd.
Miller target for MLS
Former Celtic and Rangers striker Kenny Miller is being lined up by MLS side Portland Timbers where he could star alongside former team mate Kris Boyd.
Miller has a year to run on his current deal with Cardiff.
It is also reported that Boyd has won his case against his former Turkish club.
• Kris Boyd has won a pay-out of almost £3m Euros from former club Eskisehirspor after FIFA ruled in his favour following a contract dispute.
