No telling what it could mean but one of four possible scenarios could play out from it: 1. MLS and an unknown group have signed a contract for the 20th franchise in new York City to be named simply "City FC" since New York is often just referred to as "The City." 2. Orlando City will be named the 20th franchise and be renamed "City FC." 3. A new domain name for some new web thingamajig that MLS is cooking up. 4. Because they wanted it? Interesting regardless...
