Over on the Sounder at Heart site, there is a article filed about a promotion that MLS and ESPN are running for the upcoming derby match. When I originally saw the angry posts courtesy of maofootball's retweet, I just laughed. In my opinion, it is innocent fun, and their following posts are just hilarious to me. They claim that it is just a "competition" and pushing that it is a "war" and "battle" on the field and in the stands is over the top. Is this really over the line? Or are Sounder fans just upset that their beloved space needle is being chopped in half? I would love to hear some thoughts on this side. The link to the article and comments follow:
