New York Cosmos Join NASL

In a possible precursor to NY2, the NY Cosmos, after 30 years of dormancy in the professional ranks, are coming to the second tier North American Soccer League in 2013. I think that this is great for NY and NASL as they move to the largest market in the US, but if this is step 1 to the MLS, I think there are there are other markets more deserving of an MLS side before NY gets to ignore another top tier soccer club...
