Should Gavin just fire Spencer at this point or save Spencer from himself by trading Jack.

I like Jack, heck I like Spencer, but Jack and Spencer together is bad for our roster. In order to keep Jack on the field, something Spencer has said he will do pretty much no matter what, Spencer abandonded his own very favored formation of 442 in order to keep Jack on the pitch. Palmer was a problem too, but the Jack no matter what thing is the biggest of the problems.

Basically, Nagbe, who has been getting better and better at CAM was forced back out wide, Boyd was forced to the bench (a $1 million player benched to keep Jack on the field) and Chara was left in a situation splitting DCM duties with lesser talent at the position.

No matter what you think of Jack it is pretty obvious he is not good enough to leave on the pitch if it is going to displace 3 of your best players from their normal positions, and yet without batting an eye, Spencer did that. Something must give.

Basically I see it one of two ways:

Either Jack has got to be traded or Spencer has got to be fired...
