The Portland Timbers officially kick off their pre-season friendlies tomorrow with a morning match against the Colorado Rapids.
Tomorrow the Portland Timbers will suit up for the first time since last October for an actual football match. While it's true that, at this point, the matches are still mostly about training and getting match fit, the fact that they'll be actually playing to win brings a new level of competition between each player on the team, especially considering that nobody's position in the starting XI is secure yet.
So, with that said, here's the Timbers upcoming friendlies while they're in Arizona for the next few days:

Additionally, according to an MLS pre-season commercial, each of these games will be streamed LIVE on MLSsoccer.com giving those of us who couldn't make it down to Arizona a way to actually see our favorite club in action. The Portland Timbers vs. Seattle Sounders game should be particularly fun to watch.
What are you most looking forward to seeing tomorrow?
