Portland Timbers vs. Montreal Impact Prediction Thread

Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

With the Portland Timbers hosting their second game, it's time to predict who will go home with points.

Last week we kicked off our first match prediction article and, in it, you guys made some pretty wild predictions. Most people ended up picking the Portland Timbers to win, though that's not very surprising, a couple predicted the New York Red Bulls would win, and, finally, not a single person predicted the draw that would inevitably come to light. Still a couple got fairly close:

Reader kpduck predicted a 3-2 win for he Timbers with a first half goals by Diego Valeri and Fabian Espindola and second half goals by Thierry Henry, Ryan Johnson, and Jose Adolfo Valencia.

Reader thrice predicted a similar scoreline with Espindola nad Valeri taking the first two goals in the first half followed by Andrew Jean-Baptiste, Ryan Johnson and Henry in the second.

Hats off to both for their excellent prediction skills, particularly for first half goals.

Now it's time to start again. With just about 9 hurs to go until kick off it's time to make your predictions for the Portland Timbers vs. Montreal Impact game tonight. Once again, here's what we would like:

  1. Game score and who those the goals are for.
  2. Who scored those goals?
  3. Which half?

Get em in now to earn prediction thread fame next week!

What's your prediction for tonight's game?
