de Luna vs. Ball Boy

From MLSsoccer.com:

8. BALL BOY INCIDENT IN TIMBERS WIN, SHOULD THE JOB STILL BE GIVEN TO YOUNGSTERS?

Another skirmish with a ball boy occurred this weekend, as Chivas USA’s Mario de Luna tried to grab the ball from a Timbers ball boy on Sunday. El Chelís handled the situation superbly but de Luna was booked for the incident. Of course this follows on from the Eden Hazard incident with a Swansea City ball boy a few months ago. So the big question is: Are youngsters the best candidates for the job? Discuss.

The behavior Mario de Luna displayed last night was abhorrent at least. If the MLS has any credibility they will suspend this pile of crap for at least 3 games. To physically assault a young kid for not giving him the ball is reprehensible. If I was that young man's father I probably would have jumped the railing at went after that a$$. If the MLS doesn't take action, as a parent I would be bringing legal action against the player, team, and league for not protecting him. Comments?
