Two Arrests Made From April SJ Fan Assault

Per the article in the Oregonian, there have been two arrests made.

Jennifer Marques, 29, and Uriel Vargas, 21, were arrested by U.S. Marshals in Santa Clara, Calif., Wednesday, Portland police said. They were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail and are expected to be extradited to Oregon.

Marques faces assault, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, harassment and disorderly conduct charges. Vargas is accused of criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct.

It is good to see some form of resolution coming in this incident. There is no place for violence between fans in MLS, even in this country. And in case you are wondering:

Alright guys, I don't believe I have to say this but, just in case, please do not submit anything racist, homophobic, sexist or otherwise not appropriate for even the younger Timbers fans.
