Gooch

As Portland still have the #1 overall spot in the Allocation Order, the newly available Oguchi Onyewu may make this relevant:

Assuming Onyewu is interested in returning to MLS (and I would think he would be, given his lack of playing time anywhere in Europe over the last few seasons and the fact that he undoubtedly would like to get himself back on Klinsmann's radar), he would be available on a free transfer and Portland could either sign Gooch or make a deal with another team who wants to sign him.

Unless of course someone is crazy and decides to make him a DP.

Or there is another secret MLS rule that makes Allocation Order is irrelevant.

Alright guys, I don't believe I have to say this but, just in case, please do not submit anything racist, homophobic, sexist or otherwise not appropriate for even the younger Timbers fans.
