After watching the replay I think Capt Jack Jewsbury was the sole Timber who was at least partially responsible for all their goals.
1. He needed to shut down and challenge Hurtado sooner. He got stuck in no-man's land between the overlap. However, the majority os on Chara for chipping at his heels in the box.
2. Jack got beat like a rented mule with the through ball behind him. Kah and Villafana may have lead to the PK (although this was the worst call of the game), but they aren't in that situation without a slow RB.
3. Jack is marking Hurtado on this one and loses him on Hurtado's run to the near post. Ricketts could have saved it, but the shot was Jack's fault. Also, why is Kah outside the 18? Why did he leave McKenzie and Jewsbury alone in the box?
4. The RB responsible for that shot. His 100%.
