The guys over at Soccer Made in Portland got a very fascinating interview with Caleb Porter the other day. I hadn't seen it mentioned on here yet and thought some of you might really dig this.
CP basically talks at them for over 30 minutes about very specific aspects of his system and how he is running the team. He mentions players by name and how he sees them playing through different scenarios.
He also goes in to some good details on his training regimes and discusses how he's trying to undo a lifetime's worth of bad habits in the way most players were taught.
It's an abrupt interview, it starts with the conversation already in progress and ends in a similar fashion. They discuss this in the follow up episode and said there wasn't anything important missed. They also discuss/digest everything he laid out in their interview, an interesting episode in it's own right.
Anyways, It's a pretty interesting listen and real heady stuff at times, hope you enjoy it!
