It's already been confirmed that we are playing against the world renowned Eredivisie club Ajax this May, that game is on May 25th and is but one of three exhibition games we can expect this year. Aside from Ajax, we also know that Barcelona FC, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Everton will be touring the United States this summer. Unfortunately none of those teams have yet been confirmed for a Portland visit, despite Manchester United training at Nike in Beaverton for their duration in the United States.

So, with that in mind, I thought it might be fun to get some perspective on who we, the fans, might like to see play over the summer. I've set up a small poll after the jump with some popular options, but feel free to sound off in the comments with other teams from around the world.

Personally, if I was given the choice, I'd go with Bayern Munich. While Hertha Berlin maintains as my Bundesliga [2] club given my time spent in Berlin one summer, I think a visit by the Bavarian giants could be both an extremely entertaining match -- Thomas Muller, Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben, Miroslav Klose, yes please! -- and also one that highlights why the Bundesliga is one of the best leagues in the world.

So, if you had your say, who would take a trip to the Rose City?
