Timbers Tid Bits: Sir Alex Ferguson Edition

New, 7 comments

Looks like Sir Alex Ferguson has some positive things to say about MLS and thew sport's growth here in America. Although whether he legitimately believes what he says, or whether he's just trying to get on everybody's good side prior to their pre-season tour is anybody's guess. It's not entirely uncommon for teams to "talk up" their respective tour locations to drum up popularity so I certainly wouldn't be surprised if that was the case this time around.

Still, at the very least, it should be fun! Enjoy the morning news.
