Timbers Tid Bits: John Spencer Edition

John Spencer has been facing some fairly harsh criticism since last weekend's match where he put in yet another striker despite the team being up 2-nil at the 65th minute. Personally, I'm not sure what he could have done. There were no more defensive mids on the bench. Futty was there, but where would he go? Maybe play a 5-4-1? Not sure if the team even knows how to play like that. Interesting problem...
