You might be sick with all the gushing about last night's victory, but I'm sure not! So you'll have to bear with a little bit while I continue to gush over last night's game.

And you know what, contrary to what Landon Donovan wants us to think, I'm not this excited because we beat the LA Galaxy, I'm this excited because, for the first time in many many games, the Timbers played confidently, technically and, get this, they held it together after the 70th minute. This was, arguably, their best game they've yet played this season. And it feels oh so sweet.

Enjoy your morning news.
