The Timbers' final game of the season is upon us and now that it's almost here, I realize I'm really glad we'll be playing the Earthquakes to close the season. Both of our matches with San Jose have been exciting, even if one was exciting in a way that made me unhappy, and I think these teams have built up some tension between them that will show itself in the game tomorrow. I predict that at least one team will finish with only 10 men, although I'm not sure I'm prepared to make a guess as to which team it will be or who will be leaving the field.
Enjoy today's news, and enjoy our last game of 2012 from wherever you may be watching it.

U.S., Mexico in Copa América; Chris Wondolowski in MLS
What exactly is happening with the Copa America? CONMEBOL announced it would be held in the U.S. Then U.S. Soccer announced that they had not yet agreed to that. Here are some issues the federations still need to settle. Oh yeah, and there's something about some guy who may break some MLS record or something.
