Portland Signs Steven Evans as Homegrown Player

Portland added one more young player to their roster today when they signed Steven Evans to a Homegrown Player Contract. Evans shined for the U-23s this summer and was named as the U23 2012 player of the year. Evans also played at the University of Portland where he tallied 14 goals in 19 matches for the Pilots.
