The first half was not as entertaining as NBC or MLS would have liked but that was mainly due to the weather. In the second half the game opened up a little bit thanks to Maximiliano Urruti's wondergoal. There were a few nervous moments for the Timbers defense but when you hold a offensive team like LA to only 2 shots on goal and none in the second half you know the defense put in a great game.
As usual the ratings are based on a 10 point scale with 10 being the high. If you don't know how to rate it go with 5 being an average game and add or subtract points based on performance.
