The Portland Thorns have had a lot of success so far this season. Unfortunately, much of that early success hasn't translate into recent wins. Scoreless in the last three games, it will be up to the head coach Cindy Parlow-Cone to figure out how to bring this team back to its winning ways. One of her methods could potentially involve the inclusion of returning USWNT player Tobin Heath who joined the team earlier this week.

Here are all the details you need:

Final Thoughts

The Thorns have yet to play the Flash this season which makes today's game all the more interesting. That said, we saw last week how easy a confident striker such as Sydney Leroux could dismantle the Thorns defense. With Wambach leading the charge there's a very real threat involved with this team. More than that, the Flash are only trailing the Thorns by three points. If the Thorns want to keep their playoff hopes alive, they'll need to use this game to distance themselves from their opponents.
