The Portland Timbers at The Philadelphia Union Prediction Thread

The Portland Timbers travel to the City of Brotherly Love to take on the Philadelphia Union.

It's time to put on your thinking caps so you can predict the score, goal and winner of today's game, the Portland Timbers against the Philadelphia Union. We are looking for the basics but if you get into it and write a narrative that is okay too.

Here is what we want:

  • The game score at the final whistle
  • Who will score the goals
  • When will the goals be scored (You can choose which half if you don't want to put a specific minute)
Easy peasy. Of course if you get everything right you get to brag about how awesome you are to the rest of SF until the end of your days.

For those who have not been following the Philadelphia Union check out the game preview here. Some other tidbits not found in the preview are that the Union are currently riding a 5 game unbeaten streak at home. Overall they just broke a 4 game winless streak against Chivas USA last weekend.
