The Portland Timbers came away from yesterday's match against Real Salt Lake with three points, something they had not managed since 2011 and had never before done at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, UT.
The highlights here are great, after all the Timbers did win, but they fail to capture the excitement that present while watching this game or the growing belief as the game went on that the Timbers would be able to finally get a win in Salt Lake.
Still, this is a fun one to watch, particularly Fanendo Adi bulldozing Chris Schuler for his first goal at the 3'30" mark or the utter look of defeat on the RSL players' faces after the penalty at 7'10". The hidden gem is Donovan Ricketts' save at 3'55", which pegs a ball boy after he tips it over the bar. (A great save and a juvenile chuckle? I am there.)
What was the best moment of the match against RSL? Were there any key moments that were left out?
