Let's Watch Some Soccer: Day 8 - The Euros Begin

If you thought there was a lot of soccer happening before, you ain't seen nothing yet.

The 2016 European Championship kicks off today as the hosts, France, takes on Romania, two of the top 25 ranked sides in the world. One of the most exciting tournaments in soccer at any level, the Euros make for some excellent early morning viewing and will kick off a long day's worth of the beautiful game.

Back in the Western Hemisphere, the Copa America continues today with contenders Chile looking to bounce back from their opening loss to Argentine while facing South American minnows Bolivia. Argentina will then round out the day's matches by taking on CONCACAF side Panama and looking to continue their strong tournament showing.
