Kevin & Josh recorded this episode from Merlo Field on game day! Sadly with T2 getting knocked out of 8th place by OC Blues via two 2nd half stoppage time goals, it means the season finale for Play The Kids.
T2 nearly made the playoffs. For 90 minutes they held 8th place. Even when OC Blues got their second goal right before stoppage time, T2 still held a tie breaker advantage. (teams would've been tied on goal differential but T2 held a 1 goal advantage on next tie breaker: goals scored in the league). Somehow OC Blues put two more in the net in 2nd half stoppage time to steal 8th place from T2.
But T2 still won their game and ended on a 5 game win streak. Impressive!
Like T2, we plan on returning in 2017 better than ever.
