Portland Thorns FC goalkeeper Adrianna Franch was named Tuesday as the 2017 CONCACAF Female Goalkeeper of the Year. Additionally, Franch, Thorns midfielders Lindsey Horan, Allie Long and defender Emily Menges were all named to the CONCACAF Best XI.
