The dog days of August are here, and the 2017 regular season is entering the final 3rd for most teams. Surprising lack of movement in this weeks rankings which saw 9 teams maintain their position and another 8 move only one spot. This weeks biggest winner is Seattle climbing 4 spots after a convincing road win that leaves them unbeaten in 7. The biggest loser is Kansas City falling 4 spots after dropping 2 points at home in stoppage time. They were also a biggest point gainers and losers at +1.2523 and -0.5632 respectively.
