On the day that MLS teams (including the Timbers) head for a warmer climate to start pre-season training, the Timbers decided to drop the full secondary kit on us. If you remember back in November the team released a teaser image of said kits.
So today they tweeted out the full kit for all to see.
Rose City, your patience has been rewarded.

To be honest, I’m a sucker for a white kit, something about how clean it looks, and this kit doesn’t disappoint. What you can’t see in the tweet above is the full kit that Diego Chara is wearing.
Here’s a better look.

White shirt and white shorts, with of course the Adidas three stripes. What makes it pop (for me at least) is the gold trim around the collar and around the sleeves. I can’t wait to see these kits in action for the first time.
UPDATE
The Timbers released a video Chara modeling the new kit this afternoon. Here it is in all its glory.
