After Kid M3Mito took a lead in the first half of the second leg, the two players traded a flurry of second-half goals that would eventually see the Houston rep win the game 4-2 and secure the aggregate victory.

Christian Pulisic scored for Borussia Dortmund today in their 3-0 win over Stuttgart. The U.S. international attempted a cross from the right flank after a nice series of build-up play. His service expertly fooled everyone into thinking it was a cross, but instead it was a world-class shot in disguise. The 100% meant shot nestled perfectly into the top corner of the net for the greatest goal of the Bundesliga season. Congrats to Christian on his Puskas award nomination.

The United States and Mexico played a rambunctious game, featuring plenty of goals, plenty of chances, plenty of rough challenges, and some questionable defending. The US even briefly trailed, though five unanswered goals to close out the game left things in little doubt by the end.
