Portland Timbers center back Bill Tuiloma left his home of Beach Haven on the North Island of New Zealand at the age of 16 to pursue a career in professional soccer. His journey took him from New Zealand to Los Angeles to Europe and ultimately to Portland. The 24-year-old has now finally established himself with the Portland Timbers.
