Diego Chara named to MLS Team of the Week for Week 20

It’s the first time he’s been named to it this month.

Diego Chara was named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 20 on Monday. It’s the first time he’s earned the accolade this month.

Chara has once again been a standout player for the Timbers this season. He’s been a mainstay of the midfield this year, ranking second on the team in the assists. He also has the second most recoveries out of anyone in MLS with 149.
