U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Vlatko Andonovski announced his 27-player roster today for an 11-day training camp later this month. Three Portland Thorns FC players will be on the roster, including Lindsey Horan, Becky Sauerbrunn, and Sophia Smith.

The camp is the first event the USWNT has held in seven months. It will take place in Commerce City, Colorado, running from Oct. 18-28.
Horan and Sauerbrunn are no strangers to the national team. Sauerbrunn has the most caps out of anyone on the roster with 177 while Horan also has 86 caps to her name. Horan is a also the USA’s leading scorer this year with seven goals and three assists. Sophia Smith is one of 10 uncapped players on the roster.
