Major League Soccer announced today that Portland Timbers FC’s match against Austin FC has been rescheduled. The Timbers were originally supposed to be hosted by Austin on Saturday, July 3. The match has been moved to Thursday, July 1, at 6:30 p.m. (Pacific). The match will be broadcast on FS1.
The match, which will be played at Q2 Stadium, will also feature local radio broadcasts. It will be available in English on 750 AM/102.9 FM The Game, and in Spanish on La GranD 1150 AM/93.5 FM.
Before traveling to Austin, the Timbers play the Philadelphia Union, Sporting Kansas City, Houston Dynamo, and Minnesota United, respectively. The Timbers will travel to Philadelphia and Houston, and they will host Sporting Kansas City and Minnesota United at Providence Park.
The Timbers’ next match, against the Philadelphia Union, will be at Subaru Park on May 30. Kick off is slated for 4:00 p.m. (Pacific) and will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes.
