The Portland Timbers head to Vancouver having won two consecutive road matches for the first time this season. Sebastian Blanco and Felipe Mora scored in the Timbers’ 2-0 win over the Seattle Sounders at Lumen Field.
The Timbers followed up their rivalry win with their first-ever MLS win in Houston against the Dynamo. Yimmi Chara and Mora provided the goal in the 2-0 victory. The two road wins have pushed Portland into sixth place in the Western Conference. The Timbers could further solidify their playoff position with a third consecutive road win.
