Final Thoughts

At practice yesterday Caleb Porter mentioned that this matchup would be "a football game", with both teams looking to play good, aggressive soccer. The Timbers have not managed to win against RSL yet this season in three meetings, but they have a remarkable home record behind them and are currently one of the hottest teams in the league. Winning the conference is decidedly within reach.
