Final Thoughts
After a solid performance against SKC in which they could only eke out a tie, the Timbers will definitely be looking for a win against Houston. Priority one, however, still has to be getting the starting line up sorted out and on the same page before March 8th. Luckily, there is still one month and six preseason games in which to do that.
We may get to see some of the youngsters get a run out with the first team today, particularly after strong performances from Schillo Tshuma, Aaron Long, and Taylor Peay on Saturday, but don't look for huge minutes for them just yet as the bigger stretches tend to be made in the third game of the preseson.
