The Portland Timbers have added 2016 MLS SuperDraft picks Neco Brett and Wade Hamilton to the first team roster, the Timbers announced today. The pair have been with the side throughout preseason and join forward Ben Polk, who signed with MLS before the draft, on the Timbers roster.

Brett, a forward and winger out of Robert Morris University, was selected with the Timbers' 2nd round pick, and Hamilton, a goalkeeper out of California Polytechnic, was selected with the Timbers' 3rd round pick.

Notably, Brett, a Jamaican international, is still in the process of getting his P-1 visa and will not be able to play for the side until it has been received.

The Timbers' 4th round pick, Trevor Morley, was also added to the organization, signing with USL side T2.
