UPDATE: Amandine Henry Has Arrived

Amandine Henry is finally on her way to Portland, tweeting the following:

Henry joins the Thorns after a brief delay due to French National Team commitments kept her in Europe for Euro2017 qualifier last week, with France defeating Greece 1-0.

Per The Oregonian, Henry is expected to join the Thorns this weekend to attend their match against the Chicago Red Stars in Bridgeview, Illinois on Sunday.  The Thorns will then take on the Western New York Flash in Rochester, New York on Friday, June 17 and will return on Wednesday, June 22 to face the Red Stars at Providence Park.

In the aforementioned article, Thorns head coach Mark Parsons said he expects Henry to make her debut for the Thorns against the Flash.

The Thorns return to the pitch following a FIFA break, taking on the Red Stars from Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois.  The match will kick off at 3:00.
