The Portland Timbers won a hard fought two-legged series against best-in-the-West (in the regular season, at least), Sporting Kansas City in order to crown themselves as Western Conference Champions. Not only does that mean a trip to next weekend’s MLS Cup Final, it means the Timbers’ second piece of hardware in as many years. Thanks to modern day miracles such as television and social media, you can watch the Timbers lift and celebrate with the Western Conference Trophy from the comfort of your personal computer, phone, or tablet.

Last year, the Timbers won the Cascadia Cup after finishing atop the West in the regular season with 53 points from a 15-8-11 record.
The MLS Cup Final takes place next Saturday, December 8th in Atlanta, Georgia. The Timbers won MLS Cup for the first time in 2015 when they triumphed in a 2-1 victory over the Columbus Crew in Columbus, Ohio.
