The Portland Timbers cooled off the Houston Dynamo on Saturday night, coming from behind to get the full three points.
The night started with a moment of honor for the indelible Nat Borchers. Each team opened their account with PK's after elbows in the box. The Timbers gave up a counter attack just before halftime. Diego Valeri scored his second header. David Guzman embarrassed Houston goalkeeper Tyler Deric to grab his first goal as a Timber. If Guzman embarrassed Mr. Deric, Adi took his soul scoring his third of the season. The Timbers didn't use as sub!
