T2 opened their season on Sunday with 3-1 victory over Real Monarchs.  With so many new faces, we will be profiling the 20 players signed or loaned to the USL side.

We continue with defender Harrison Delbridge.

Born: March 15, 1992

Last Club: Sacramento Republic FC (USL)
College: Appalachian State University

Delbridge, 23, joins T2 after spending last season with tonight's opponent, Sacramento Republic.

Making 22 appearances (19 starts) for the 2014 USLPro Champions, Delbridge scored 1 goal and added an assist, while teaming up with current T2 teammates Steven Evans and Jake Gleeson.  Spending 2013 with the Ventura County Fusion of the PDL, he appeared in 7 matches, scoring 1 goal.

A three-year starter at Appalachian State, Delbridge appeared in 56 matches (48 starts) over four seasons (2010-2013), scoring 8 goals and was named to the 2014 NSCAA South Region third team, as well as the 2010 Coastal Conference All-Academic team.

A big, physical, mobile, defender, Delbridge is strong in the air and is a offensive weapon on set pieces in the center of the defense, as well as shutting down the opposition and passing out of the back.

At the moment, Delbridge appears to be the third option at centerback, behind Rennico Clarke and Anthony Manning, but would seem to fit in well with T2, as Jay Vidovich appears to prefer tall, pacy defenders at the position.
