The one (footballing) thing the FO has really lagged at, in my opinion, has been its lack of academy success. Hopefully this is a sign of better things to come. It still requires getting players through the academy and to the first team, but I’m highly encouraged that this group went through Manchester United, NYRB, and Valencia to claim this crown. Congrats, lads!
