From the MLS site this AM:

"The MLS Players Association on Sunday announced that following a vote by the players, the MLSPA has submitted to Major League Soccer a proposal for a summer tournament and a revised Collective Bargaining Agreement."

No specifics either on the tournament or the CBA. We'll see what happens. Can I be apprehensive, disinterested, and excited at the same time? Apparently, the answer is yes.
